Jason Salinardi joined Kevan D. Acord P.A. in 2007. Jason focuses his practice on Taxation, Estate and Succession Planning and Business Transactional Matters. His experience includes all facets of tax planning, compliance and consulting, including the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary tax returns, representation of clients with matters with the Internal Revenue Service and State Departments of Revenue, as well advising individual and corporate clients of the tax consequences of their transactions. Jason has assisted numerous clients in preparing estate plans, and business owners in preparing succession plans that meet their need for security that solid estate planning can provide for their financial future. Much of Jason's corporate work involves transactions such as advice and contracts surrounding mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, and corporate structuring for closely-held businesses.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Science and Master in Accountancy degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia, his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, and his Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.

Jason is a member of the Missouri and Illinois State Bar Associations, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the American Bar Association as well as a member of the ABA's Section on Taxation.

Jason gets to know his clients in order to earn their trust as he works with them on both their personal affairs and their business concerns. Jason strives to demonstrate the utmost in professionalism and work ethic to all the clients he has the privilege to serve.
